59 Ultra-Luxury Homes Sold in Seven Major Cities for Over ₹40 Crores Each
New Delhi: In 2024, a total of 59 ultra-luxury homes were sold across the seven largest cities in India, each priced at over ₹40 crores. The combined value of these properties was ₹4,754 crores, marking a 17% increase compared to 2023, when 58 homes worth ₹4,063 crores were sold.
According to a report by Anarock, out of the 59 homes sold in 2024, 53 were apartments, and 6 were bungalows. Mumbai accounted for the highest number of sales with 52 homes, which constituted 88% of the total sales. In the Delhi-NCR region, 3 homes were sold.
In Gurgaon and one location in New Delhi, individual homes were priced at over ₹100 crores. Similarly, two homes were sold in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Of the 59 homes sold in 2024, 17 were priced above ₹100 crores, with a total value of ₹2,344 crores. Out of the 52 homes sold in Mumbai, 16 were priced above ₹100 crores, including 14 apartments and 2 bungalows.
